Over the past five months I’ve travelled extensively around Western Australia and have experienced a heck of a load of stuff! I’ve flown over million year-old rock formations, jumped into the cool waters of Lake Argyle, caught and cooked mud crabs on the banks of a remote creek in the North West; chiselled fresh oysters from the rocks at Shark Bay, caught and cooked my first fish on a hand line, driven through the Outback, toured round the South West and tasted a lot of fresh, bio-dynamic and local produce along the way. There are too many highlights to mention but here a few of my favourite things:
